30-year old Carpets export group Sharda India (www.shardaindia.com) is looking for a Sales & Exports Head who can also head the Noida Showroom with the following details:

Location: Noida

Package: 10-15L

Min. experience: 3 years

KRAs:

- Responsible for marketing, client handling, Brand building and Business development activities in domestic and International markets

- Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination and management of sales campaigns and domestic / International trade fair participations - theme design, activity list, creating mailers, vendor / supplier co-ordination, day-to-day execution etc.

- Responsible for the complete BTL activities across physical and online channels

Required skills:

- Must have an exports background, just domestic experience will not be preferred

- Candidates must have May be retail/lifestyle/hospitality/ b2b sales background - candidates with FMCG background will not be shortlisted.

- Design knowledge and talent

- Creativity

- Communication and sales skills

- Travel experience abroad will be handy

- Sales software exposure

- Comfort with MS Office and Online channels
