Software Sales Executive and Account Management.

- Calling out to Sales Executive with 5 to 10 years experience looking out for a new challenge. Will report to Regional Sales Director (Asia). Do apply or refer someone with the right skills.

- Selling Analytics and Data Management Solutions

- Selling Complex Enterprise Applications Solutions.

Responsibilities :

- We are looking for enthusiastic and structured self-starter sales executives with great written and verbal communication skills who can make deals happen.

- Achieve sales numbers quarter on quarter, by landing new customers and then getting regular software services/subscriptions revenues from them.

Must haves :

1. Minimum 5 years and above experience in selling Analytics and Data Management solutions preferably. Else, min. of 5 years of selling complex Enterprise Applications solutions.

2. Meet (in person) customers, and constant efforts to close deals, working your way and collaborating with prospects and internal teams.

3. All meetings must be setup with a clear agenda, consulting with BD/Regional Sales Director- Asia as maybe required

4. Meticulous in documentation and follow up.

5. Keeping a close eye on pipeline to ensure achievement of sales targets.

6. Work closely with the Inside Sales team so we can ensure the pipeline is aligned to targets set.

7. Able to have CXO level discussions articulating very well the organization's powerful value proposition and build a strong rapport & trust with them.

8. Work with Business development to work out solutions for customers, create and present proposals, to close first deal and then make regular up-selling happen.

9. Address customers issues if any.

10. Should have past experience in sign-ups with new large or Medium sized customers.

11. Should have closed services deals regularly in the past.

- Must have achievement of Sales per year of 3 Crores (INR)
