Sales Enablement function, candidates from large IT Services Company

Sales Enablement global experience to own, lead the sales enablement function to drive growth, higher win rates, quality and effectiveness of sales cycle deliverables to positively influence sales. The key functions include end to end pursuit management, creative design, research insights and sales analytics.

Key skills of the role include strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, consultative workshop orchestration and story-telling skills, competitive insights, multi culture teaming experience, and experience in deal structuring commercial models.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of bid management, creative design, research insights, and sales analytics

- Drive end-to-end proposal creation & submission, improve win rates, stakeholder management & high quality deliverables

- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging client and internal senior management, high rigor and quality focus

- Ownership of pursuit deliverables and engage right stakeholders ownership allocation to assist sales effectively

- Engage sales, solution, capability organizations, partner eco system, industry leads to create differentiated propositions

- Ensure effective customer needs interpretation and design appropriate solutions, experience in value based deals

- Bring in new age digital think to proposals, Oral design including innovative digital assets and tool sets

- Apply sales process methodology, tools, knowledge repositories and templates

- Bring in people transformation to enhance understanding of organization offerings, assets, tools, external certifications
