Sales & Distribution Specialist - Pan India role/FMCG

- Candidates who are currently holding a regional/zonal head responsibility from a deep distribution driven FMCG companies need apply.

Position would report to Sales head and could be based either in Mumbai or Delhi.

- Should have relevant experience in FMCG Industry

- Knowledge of North & West part of India.

- Ability to map out potential areas & design suitable coverage plan

- Willing to travel as per business requirement

- Excellent Communication skills

- Good Analytical, Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities / Key Deliverables :

- Design & improve coverage plan

- Channel wise and Product group wise identifying distribution gaps and setting benchmarks to achieve organisational goal

- Strategising efficient distribution plan and monitoring it

- Monitoring Coverage frequency planning

- Build and monitor system updates on Coverage as per the plan.

- This role is expected to give strategic inputs to regional heads to improve coverage/help in identifying the distributors/tie ups with Modern trade.
