Sales and Distribution / Debt Capital Market - Fixed Income Solutions Job Description: - To contribute towards execution and distribution of all local currency debt market products. - Assist and contribute in developing and increasing penetration amongst various investor class of Fixed Income Market - Banks, MFs, Insurance, NBFC, AIF, FPI etc. - Drive the business within the companies directed strategy and to continue to drive the business forward and strive for sustainable competitive advantage. - Up-Tiering client relationships, with increased focus on client meetings. - Provide end to end solution to the investors by being the bridge between them and internal teams. Knowledge, skills and abilities: - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Well networked with a keen understanding of Indian banking, financial services industry - Good track record in customer relationship management. - Financial acumen and ability to discuss financial solutions with clients, well networked with a keen understanding of Indian banking, financial services industry. - Good negotiation and presentation skills. - Business development and knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations. - Proven ability to develop and nurture strategic alliances and partnerships and convert them into revenue generating opportunities.
