Brief Of JOB Description :
- Handling Distribution for B2C / Prepaid Distribution
- Enhancing distribution infrastructure, channel/trade/customer satisfaction, team motivation, launching and designing new products/schemes and setting up robust processes.
- Aggressively driving sales team sales team through Zonal business managers, and Zonal sales manager for meeting business KPIs (sales and distribution)
- Distributor, retailer, Sales team, FSE on boarding and training
- End to end process management On-boarding of channel, System & backend in conjunction with CS, finance & cross functions
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
- Handling demand forecasting & managing inventory; ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customer
- Prepare model wise sales planning & forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual)
