Now, with the continued expansion of their India-based Global Operations Hub, they’re keen to recruit a senior-level sales professional to augment their Operations in Gurgaon.

Job Description

Reporting to the VP Sales in the US you will be responsible for

- Leading international expansion for existing and new territories (APAC, EMEA, AUS)

- Assisting Global head in developing and executing short and long term business development strategies

- Managing international inside sales across multiple divisions/teams

- Driving the entire sales process; lead and assign team responsibilities

- Developing territory and account acquisition plans, and incorporating the broader go-to-market strategy

- Managing the sales team working on international sales

- Participating in international trade shows and seminars

The Successful Applicant

- You will a Post Graduate with 12-18 years experience in IT/ITeS or Web based software sales with minimum 6 years experience in direct sales. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience of managing a Direct Sales team of 15-30 people. You must have exposure of sales in some of the following international markets; APAC, EMEA, AUS, APAC and the US. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of working with US/UK counterparts with strong leadership skills.
