Position: Sales Director (Managed Services)

Location: Gurgaon

Main Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for driving strategic managed services opportunities within new and existing customers

- Responsible for maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth delivery and implementation for a specific customer, region or territory

- Maintains a healthy balance between customers’ needs and profitability

- Focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with customers’ senior management and decision making levels.

- Responsible to identify and close large managed services deals that are leveraging offerings.

- Responsible to identity, manage and maintain his/her account or territory strategy.

- Work in strong collaboration with the Customer Business Group and Sales organization

Interfaces

- Internal interfaces: Pre-Sales, Finance, Strategy & Marketing, other Sales Director & VP, and HR

- External interfaces: Executive-level customers and potential leads

Key Success Factors

- Win managed services deals in assigned region/territory

- Closing deals, identifying new deals and leads

- Building and maintain collaborative relationships with partnering Customer Business Executives.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing customers.

- Meeting recognized revenue quota for the specific account or territory)
