The position holder will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Indian entity of the company by leading for strategic accounts/portfolio for Senior Management on business goals, sales strategy and policies. The role holder will take ownership of the sales targets by reviewing the growth opportunities in the existing and new markets. The incumbent will drive the sales strategy at the country level.
Responsibilities
Immediate responsibilities 0-6 months:
- Grow the customer base value by identifying and creating synergies across the services sold particularly with the larger accounts.
- Ensure development and realization of account plans to maximize customer value.
- Collaborate with the Market department to realize solution selling.
- Optimize upselling activities in mobility, voice and messaging.
- Stimulate business development towards unconnected targets and new subsegments.
- Ensure customers benefit from an optimal customer experience.
- Collaborate with the head of Sales to maximize customers value overall and create synergies across the teams.
- Source and expand the reach in messaging other platform offerings to reinforce
- BICS' value proposition towards the enterprise segment.
- Ensure enablement within and cross teams over Enterprise value proposition skills and grow their knowledge in new technologies, products and services in the enterprise segment
In 6-12 months of time:
- Ability to establish and manage a high-performing team.
- Self-motivated and proactive in the development and pursuit of new business.
- Able to manage wide variety of tasks simultaneously, set goals and priorities, and effectively manage expectations, particularly as it pertains to forecast
Skills & Competencies
- Extensive experience in leading Enterprise sales with proven track record of delivery
- Target driven by both direct margin and customer/contract acquisition.
- Excellent customer relationships, proven management skills, shown ability to manage complex situations.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Able to motivate, lead and inspire sales teams, people management
- Strong multi-product knowledge within CPaaS/SaaS/Messaging
- Good knowledge of enterprise markets.
- Team Leadership
Education & Experience
- Master's in Business Administration/PGDM in Sales and Marketing
- 10-12 years of progressive functional experience in a relevant role
