Job Description:
- Own complete P&L of the designated growth channels and formulate a data-driven growth strategy
- Set and meet growth targets and navigate short-term and long-term sales cycles across channels of business they are responsible for
- Work closely with channel team members in formulation and execution of strategy for their channels
- Work closely with the channel teams to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to address the same, in terms of sustainable systems and processes, amidst dynamic business environment
- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances
- Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data driven experimentation
Experience:
-Work experience of 4+ years in sales / marketing in FMCG / FMCD Space
- Hands on experience in a startup/own venture is a plus
Qualifications/Desired Attributes:
Education: Engineering or Management Degree from IIT/IIM/NIT
- High analytical & problem solving ability
- Hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes
- Hustler with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities
- High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
