US - Sales Development Representative - Remote
"Night shifts will be there from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST"
Key responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Market Research & Lead research the assess potential client reachouts
- Understand their needs and identify BANT qualified sales opportunities.
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Work with the senior leaders on further opportunity development and closures.
- Manage sales from prospecting to nurturing.
- Interact with key influencers for assessing requirements, proposing solutions, making presentations, and creating proposals.
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in CRM.
- Share weekly plans of the status of accounts and potential leads, new initiatives, follow-up action plans, etc.
- Deliverables include RFP Q&A, Estimation, Proposal document, Oral Presentation, and SOW.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 6 years of proven work experience in successful sales record for US outbound sales in a SaaS, B2B service, or technology services set-up.
