Sales Development
Our client is a Digital Transformation and Enterprise solutions company based in Hyderabad. They are looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives for Mumbai/Chandigarh.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and - nding new potential sales.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with account executives for next steps.
- Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, intent databases, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and account executives.
- Report to sales director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Some key functionalities include:
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management from reputed university
- Formal Knowledge of learning design and science, digital content development, and learning technologies and tools will be a plus.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years' B2B enterprise experience in prospecting for SaaS Products.
- Relationship Management & build Customer Focused strategies
- Ability to work on stretch goals and highly demanding targets.
- Energetic team player, driven and self-motivated.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited input.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
- Good business sense and excellent consultative sales skills.
