Sales Development Representative - IT (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and research potential leads and target accounts within your assigned territory or industry.

- Utilize various tools and resources to gather contact information and create a high-quality lead list.

Outbound Outreach:

- Initiate outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and personalized messaging.

- Craft compelling and customized messaging to engage prospects and create interest in our SaaS solution.

Lead Qualification:

- Evaluate leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework or similar criteria to determine their fit for our product.

- Ensure that leads meet predefined qualification standards before passing them to Account Executives.

Appointment Setting:

- Schedule meetings and appointments for our Account Executives, ensuring alignment with the prospect's needs and our product's value proposition.

Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a deep understanding of our B2B SaaS product, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

- Effectively communicate the product's value proposition to prospects.

CRM Management:

- Use our CRM software to meticulously track and document lead interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

- Log all activities, update lead statuses, and create follow-up tasks for efficient workflow.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and share insights about leads.

- Provide valuable feedback on lead quality and prospect responses.

Metrics and Reporting:

- Monitor and report key performance metrics, including call and email response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

- Leverage data to refine outreach strategies and achieve better results.
