The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Communication, Sales, and Business Development. The representative will also be responsible for using CRM tools to manage their sales pipeline, generating new leads, and nurturing existing prospects.
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls, emails, Linkedin
- Present Squadcast to potential prospects
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development skills
- Experience in lead generation and lead nurturing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a remote environment
- Experience in the SaaS or IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
