- Looking for an outbound SDR for its sales team. Having a good number for sales and support team that has a proven track record. Growing more than 5% month on month and are looking to accelerate via the outbound team.
- Possessing good knowledge in directing Organizations for the perceptual experience of marketing & sales strategy.
- A flat hierarchy where everyone is equal.
- A free hand to experiment and learn.
- Should have a minimum of 1 year's US outbound lead generation experience.
- Should be comfortable with technology and methods associated with outbound.
- Follow up on sales / product inquires with the goal to prospect through the sales cycle .
- To work closely with the Account Executive team to hand over qualified leads.
- Develop opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships in the defined customer base.
- Identify new sales opportunities, pitching products and maintaining fruitful relationships with prospects who are in the early stages of evaluation.
- Experience with cold email, cold calling, and social selling prospecting.
