About the Role :

- We are looking for a Sales Development Representative. This role as a Sales Development Representative is targeted towards high energy, personable critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with people, solving complex problems, and helping make the lives of others easier, this is an excellent opportunity to facilitate rapid career growth into the world of technology sales.

- You'll be working directly with some of the best and most successful individuals in Silicon Valley, reporting directly to the VP of Sales who will personally train and mentor you, with an expedited track to Account Executive.

- Strong organizational skills, a fierce work ethic, and excellent communication skills are required.

- A college degree, prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience, and experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce will stand out in applications.

About You :

- Create new business opportunities for the AptEdge platform

- Research and build new and existing accounts (Such as adding contacts, contact information, and company information to Salesforce)

- Evangelize the AptEdge platform via calling and email campaigns to targeted individuals

- Help create and prioritize strategic accounts and contacts for focus

- Consistently speak with high level executives in target accounts to facilitate further conversation surrounding their initiatives and pain points

- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities

- Stellar written and verbal communications skills

- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking capabilities

- Strong work ethic and desire for personal growth and success

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Team-oriented mindset

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to see the root of a problem i.e. what impact a customer's problem has on their business, and to uncover it with strategic questions

- Ability to connect the dots of how a product features can lead to an impact that solves a customer's problem
