Lead Generation:

a) Develop new business by identifying appropriate potentials in the target market.

b) Follow-up on leads and and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

c) Identify key contacts within the prospect organization.

d) Build and nurture prospects by initiating communication and follow-up communication in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

e) Manage data for new and prospective customers in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

f) Prepare and analyse Sales Pipeline reports and dashboards.

g) Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.

h) Set up and deliver web sales presentations.

Pre-Sales Support tools:

Tasks in connection with the Sales process. These will be clearly defined and will include but not be limited to the following:

a. Desk research creation, Desk Research analysis and Delivery to Sales.

b. Maintenance of Desk Research Tool.

Internal:

- Standard setting & behavioral management. By adopting high personal standards in the day-to-day conduct with teams, the AM through dedication will influence staff to work as a coherent team to carry out the appropriate tasks. Managing a team of 6-10 members.

Other tasks:

- Any other task that may come up in day to day operations.
