Sales Development Head

What will you be working on :

- You will be working closely with VP of Sales and Marketing

- You have to kick-start and lead Sales Development function in the organisation

- You have to build and lead a team of 3 to 4 SDR's

- Craft outbound campaigns, including copy, through both email and calls to generate and qualify leads

- Use technology to automate the early stages of the sales

- Set, track and achieve the monthly goals for yourself and your team

Who are we looking for :

- At least 1-3 years of rich experience in outbound sales for SaaS

- Ability to build and lead a team.

- Proactive and self-starter.

- Analytical and data-driven - numbers over opinions!

- Confident on the phone

- Ability to write creative and effective copy

- Grafter and hustler with high energy
