Key Responsibility:
- Sell aesthetic products to meet monthly budgets and plans
- Execute marketing plans to achieve OP sales quota in assigned territory
- Develop new/existing accounts to get maximum business, do stock and sales management and tracking, manage primary/secondary sales.
- Consultant will be responsible for performing effective territory coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase customer base for Company’s product line.
- Build relationship to ensure that customers’ needs are taken care of and aesthetic products usage is increased
- Participate in all major aesthetic meets and workshops, conduct conferences and workshops with doctors, and give demos and presentations on the products
- Monitor opportunities of business generation and competitors’ activities; provide timely reports
- Train and build up system at sub-distributor’s level, provide product training and demonstration, train distributor sales team
Objective:
- To maximize sales of aesthetics products in India
- To identify new locations / outlets and act as liaison between the company Customer / Key Accounts/ point-of-sale
Sales volume responsibility : 1.5 – 2 crores per annum
