EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree (pref. in Agri sciences) with MBA
EXPERIENCE & AGE: 10-12 years of experience in a similar role. Those who have worked in the area of Sales and Marketing but with a good understanding of the sales planning & coordination process can also apply/be considered
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB/ RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary purpose of the job is to carry out coordination and associated planning activities between the field and the corporate
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Coordinate between the field sales team and the corporate sales team for sales and marketing-related issues
- Collate and analyze sales MIS preparing trend analysis and variance analysis
- Support the internal teams in pricing decisions by collecting and collating the appropriate information
- Carry out competitor analysis, including their pricing
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Review and monitor the budgets on a regular basis and report the same
- Ensure timely acknowledgment of the dealers
- Sales team productivity management
Additional Responsibilities :
- Would have to take up field visits

- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills are essential
- Knowledge of any advanced Data Analysis tools such as Power BI, or Tableau would be an added advantage
