Job Description :
- Create quality content based on the product and process enhancements .
- Help the regional sales training team in designing the training modules.
- Own the learning management tool and update the appropriate teams by sharing videos, snippets, PPTs etc
- Design and develop experience-based learning course content such as business cases and simulations across all products and service offering of the company
- Ensure order, conciseness, style, and terminology in all learning material Interface with subject matter experts to collate and formulate the training course content
- Make sure the team is aware of the product enhancements and new features .
- Liaison with the regional sales training managers to design regular assessments
- Spend time on field to understand the gaps and share the learning as ready to consume content for regional capability managers
