What You'll Do:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients - the consultant team.
- Managing active Clients and relationships with decision-makers on the client side, monitoring the level of services provided, and providing support in the implementation of IT projects.
- Supporting the recruitment of new consultants and onboarding candidates.
- Long-term planning and relationship building with clients.
- Acquiring new clients and actively developing existing ones.
- Achieving set sales goals within the team and actively contributing to business development.
What You'll Need:
- 6 + years of professional experience in your career, preferably IT industry and minimum 6 years exp in Sales and Client management.
- Professional experience in the IT industry, preferably outsourcing IT services for software development and maintenance projects across domains.
- Understanding the client-supplier relationship in the outsourcing of IT consultants.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Teams.
- High interpersonal skills, the ability, and willingness to build positive professional relationships with clients and consultants.
- Independence, patience, and precision in action.
- Highly developed sales and negotiation skills.
- Focus on high quality of offered services.
- Openness to business trips.
- Understanding of cultural differences in an international role.
