Responsibilities:
For the End Client:
- Develop understanding and knowledge of client's business end to end
- Analysis of the existing practices of a company and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct market research specific to client's industry
- Research into the company, its financials, the competition, etc
- Prepare a GTM for the client, including:
Sales approach,
Sales model,
Recommended Org structure and JD
Tools and collaterals
Targets and incentives
- Implement necessary processes, deliver and continuously meet clients- expectations
- Monitor and review progress of the recommended GTM for the client
- Understand product / services benefits and prepare strategies to articulate the message with the target audience.
- Prospecting, pitching & closing sales, Pipeline Management
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
- Analyze customer buying trends and provide forecasts sales plans for new markets and trends
- Forecast and target setting for annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Ensure Sales target are met
- Ability to gather and articulate Competitive intelligence on the product with the management
For Company
- Maintain healthy pipeline of prospects
- Ensure End Client is satisfied with delivery
- Responsible for P&L of the account being handled
- Continuous improvements to the current processes and repository of tools available with the company
- Cross selling and Upselling to new & existing customers
Requirements
Need to have
- PG from premier institutions in India or Abroad.
- Experience working in a Product/Technology firm or Consulting firm.
- Ability to do Market analysis, competition analysis through both primary and secondary research.
- Experience in opportunity qualification, account management, account development, and working with sales targets.
- Sales experience in selling software solutions to large enterprises.
- Experience in mapping and engaging decision makers at the enterprise level.
- Ability to work through long sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal & presentation skills. Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / Salesforce / Sugar etc.
- Experience in handling a sales team.
Good to have
- Domain experience in vertical's like IT, Financial services, Telecom and the likes
- MBA with a specialization in sales is an added advantage
