About Company: Hiring for an online marketplace company catering to the packaging and material handling industries.
What you'll be doing:
- Identify and acquire new potential clients for Aluminium VAP or Raw material business
- Negotiate commercials (rates, payment terms etc) with clients
- Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to develop and execute sales strategies
- Set and achieve individual sales targets
- Collaborate extensively with internal cross functional teams like Purchase, Operations, Finance, Product etc, in order to drive impact outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aluminium market regulations and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement Aluminium business and RMC function
What will make you a great candidate:
- The candidate should have prior experience of 5-8 years specifically in Aluminium sales; can immediately add value to sales team
- The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast moving environment
- Experience in fast moving B2B sales or B2B startups preferred
- Candidate has to own sales targets for the assigned region and develop a client base for these regions
