- Responsible for active involvement in the entire sales planning of the region

- Responsible for managing the trade load management as well as advising on finalisation of the ‘terms of trade‘ with the channel partners

- Liasoning with EO team for relevant and required MIS

- Arranging and anchoring regional mancom

- Preparing and circulating minutes to regional and central team

- Co-ordinating with auditors as well as cross-functional teams to ensure proper compliance and upto date MIS

- Ensure timely and proper closure of audit, in co-ordination with RCFM

- Budgeting and actual tracking

- Budgeting Finance overheads in co-ordination with RCFM

- Compile budget data and documents for sales budget based on Monthly tracking of regional overheads (all functions) - budget vs.actuals
