Sales Co-ordinator - US Sales Desk - BFSI

Looking for a Sales Coordinator for the US sales desk with leading domestic financial house.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- He will be responsible for coordinating meeting, hotel bookings, preparing road shows itinerary etc.

- He has to support the sales team in attaining targets; in this respect, the sales coordinator has to execute a great marketing strategy: starting with market research, analysis and evaluation, continuing with new proposals and changes.

- He also has to maintain a good relationship with the existing customers as well as trying to find new ones. He will interact with clients over the phone or face to face and solve their problems.

- Sales coordinator must communicate permanently with the sales team, to coordinate and respond to all requests at the internal meetings and provide an efficient work environment. After discussing sales policies and targets with the management, he has to communicate these to the other departments.

Another responsibility would be to organize interviews and training sessions for the employees.

- Strong communication skills, to be persuasive and polite at the same time.

- Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- He must be able to build a strong relationship with the department he will run and for this; he must be flexible, preserve confidentiality and be able to work in a team as well as alone.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing (or in any business related to the job)

- Previous experience in sales and experience in the field you would be preferred.

- Good computer skills.

- Only Male candidates (night shift)

- SHIFT TIMINGS : 2pm till midnight
