Job Description :

- Perform training needs analysis, quality reviews, leadership induction

- Identify and assess capability gaps and design curriculum to bridge the gaps

- Support the sales team to achieve their targets by providing them with the resources needed to do their job effectively

- Solve training-related requirements of the external vendors by working closely with the internal support teams

- Evaluate the impact of the programs delivered and make time to time customization as per the business requirement

- Conduct individual review meetings and weekly team meetings

- Develop new and innovative training methods

The Successful candidate should :

- Have 5-7 years of training experience and 2-3 years of experience in sales in a team handling role

- Possess good understanding of sales function
