Job Description:

Drive all business finance matters including financial modelling, collections etc

Maintain P&L of direct sales business, for regions & branches

Business modelling with channel partners to work out their business & financial plans

Ensure return of investment & devise the right schemes for channel partners

Plan financials & pricing to ensure margins for company & its partners

Activity based costing to analyse which channels are not profitable, which products give better GM, what product mix should we have, employee costing wrt sales and other ratios

From consumer durables, FMCG or any business having multiple sales channels

Smart & assertive personality, confident, not flashy but straightforward, proven track record of delivering results

CA/MBA/ICWA, 8-10 years experience, 30-32 years of age
