Reports to : Team Manager, Accounts & Finance

Purpose of the Position

Work for and support the Europe Sales controlling and commercial department based in Netherlands.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The major / primary roles and responsibilities of the job will be as follows, including but not limited to:

Sales Reporting: Preparation of regular and ad-hoc business and financial reports which are critical and important to the company. Reports will be like sales price / mix margin reports, inventory ageing reports, SG&A reports, etc. by collecting and analyzing all relevant information and data from the company's IT systems like ERP, Business Intelligence tools and Budget tools, etc.

Sales Forecasting: Collection of various sales forecasts from the business teams in periodic manner and performing consolidation, analysis and evaluation of the same before submitting it to the management.

Business Planning: Act as a key member for the annual budget exercise. Support the business commercial teams in preparing detailed data, files, reports, and analysis related to annual budget exercise as per the timelines. Discuss the budget inputs and collaborate with the team to prepare a detailed final budget for review with the management.

Business Analysis: Conduct various business analysis on regular and ad hoc basis from time to time to support the commercial and business team so that the management can take informed, day-to-day, and strategic decisions.

Credit reporting: Prepare, analyze, and review customer data including but not limited to ageing, Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) and submit all relevant reports to management.

- Steering efforts in AR control, Ageing Review, DSO analysis, and bad AR control. Perform business related activities to support commercial team on credit management.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:

- Good understanding of complex Sales data analysis and evaluation.

- Working knowledge of Power BI.

- Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Good communication skills.

- Team player.

Experience:

- At least 3-5 years of work experience as a Sales Business Analyst.

- Candidates with knowledge and experience of SAP SD module will be preferred.

Education Qualifications:

- MBA / Postgraduate in any discipline, preferably Finance.

Travel: Travel Europe for 1 or 2 times in a year on need basis / if required
