Sales/Business Development Manager - Tablets

We are a fast-growing startup with multiple offerings in the tablet and e-book space. We have established footprint across the world by the brand name of Ergo. We are currently looking to hire early-stage employees who can set-up the sales practice in India.

What we want

- Proven experience in sales - preferably in electronics

- Conversant with distributor identification and handling, margin aligment, building sales pipeline etc.

- Experience in handling institutional orders is a bonus

- A Btech / MBA will be preferred

What we can offer

- Being an early-stage hire, you would be exposed to almost all facets of a growing organization including hiring, client management and exploring new opportunities

- You would be instrumental in developing the strategy of the firm including price points, ATL and BTL activities, channel strategy, branding, supply chain and setting up support functions like service centre/call centre etc.

Compensation: There are multiple positions with an average CTC between 5-8 lpa with extremely lucrative sales incentives
