Our Bangalore based client is an up-skilling platform that assists fast growing organisations in creating an intelligent workplace with empowered knowledge workers. It transforms their L&D strategy, paving the way to continuous learning. The sessions are delivered by around 5000 global professionals through live group classes, one on one coaching, gamified content and others.

This series A funded startup has raised $8 mn in total funding and is backed by top tier investors like Y Combinator, Better Capital and Matrix Partners. Founded in 2019 by ISB and ex-Mckinsey alumni, it has more than 50 clients including Adani, Siemens, Yamaha and Cloudnine.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for working with the Growth Team to generate, maintain, and move a healthy pipeline of enterprise clients.

What you will do:

- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the assigned geographical territory

- Strategically planning and prioritizing travel schedules to maximize face-to-face interactions with senior-level executives

- Rigorous following-up from leads to create a successful business from new and existing customer accounts

- Driving long-term relations with enterprises and improving

repeat business and overall wallet size

- Taking ownership of every meeting set up from the date of identification of the lead till the closure stage

What you need to have:

- Masters degree in business, sales or related field

- Upto 5 years of experience in Sales (B2B HR Tech, BFSI, Edtech preferred)

- The ability to communicate and engage with global clients( High Growth Startup experience would be great)

- Competency in doing cold outreach in conveying the company's capabilities with the client and scheduling meets

- Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem

- Strong analytical skills and a research-oriented mindset

- A "can-do attitude" and desire to hit challenging targets
