A Product development company mainly working on Education Domain.

Job Summary:

1. Maintain, develop and implement revenue management strategies and processes in order to optimize our revenue

2. Own and deliver on revenue targets by working closely with the team

3. Monitor revenue by developing and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports

4. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends

5. Work on our customer communication channels and strategies

6. Do a complete channel, category and locality level analysis of our revenue on a daily basis

7. Provide regular updates on

a. revenue target-achievement

b. expected results

c. variances and budget comparisons

d. individual, team & overall performance review

8. Understanding user journey and monitoring the conversion funnels

9. Maintain regular communication with all the other stakeholders

10. Defining data requirements and ensure the quality of data

11. To understand the target audience, gain first-hand knowledge of our business and explain the use and operation of the particular service

12. To select the products & services as per the customer requirement and to answer customer queries regarding them

13. To assist the sales team in various customer interactions and make sure the customer experience is enhanced during the entire buying experience

14. To coordinate and implement the best practices to ensure effective sales approach and assist the sales team in closing sales whenever needed

15. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and ensure consistent high ratings

Job Requirements:

- Sound ability and knowledge to develop standards and strategic processes

- Good analytical and numerical skills for data crunching

Experience and Qualification:

- 2-4 years of hand-on revenue management experience and/or analytical experience with team handling skills

- Working ability with both written and spoken English

- Computer Literate, with a high level of command of MS Excel

- Working level knowledge of online business portals

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Master's degree in Management, preferred
