Sales Analytics Role - BFSI/Retail

Hiring for one of our clients for the profile of Sales Analytics for Mumbai/ Kolkata location.

Candidate Profile :

- Experienced professional from top multi-national companies with global reach.

- Experience communicating with senior management (Senior leaders/decision makers) as well as with colleagues from business development, analytics leadership, and marketing backgrounds.

- Delivered large Transformation projects in the last 10 years is non-negotiable.

- Should possess in-depth Industry & Functional Knowledge. Experience in BFSI/Retail domains would be a plus.

- Deliver workshops as Lead Presenters.

- Proven experience in identifying opportunities for business improvement, and defining and measuring the success of those initiatives.

- Experience with e-commerce, retail, telecom, advertising, media would be an advantage. Proven experience as a business focused, change driven, credible leader.

Job Responsibilities :

- Partner with C-level and their direct leadership teams as well as clients to create robust core data analytics and data science services, roadmaps and solutions.

- Ensure these roadmaps are well understood throughout the business functions and meet emerging requirements

- Oversee the success of data analytics projects in alignment with Enterprise portfolio and integrated with Company's short term and long-term goals.

- Organize a high-performance data science team for scale and growth.

- Give inputs on marketing collaterals

- Direct value map factories for production

- Suggest academic - COIN partnerships, conferences to attend, topics to author white papers etc

- Supporting New Offering development and related research activities

- Help in creating internal assets for company

- Willing to travel based on requirement of location of the project

- Support solutions to be provided for RFP and RFI.
