Preference:- 5-8 years sales experience (preferred in FMCG Industry) in a similar role.

The role is responsible for Developing & leading the Sales IS strategy & ACO.Role holder will be accountable for driving GTM transformation via Sales force automation solution & Other IT related innovations. Partnering between Sales and IT verticals for various IT automation initiatives to drive sales strategy.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for driving GTM transformation via Sales force automation solution & Other IT related innovations.
- Partnering between Sales and IT verticals for various IT automation initiatives to drive sales strategy.
- Driving the identified opportunities to improve the business performance through the use of IT.
- Partner with sales team to integrate and report metrics.
- Providing the Sales Teams with data, reports & analysis that drives revenue performance and enables informed business decisions.
- Delivering effective and useful opportunity management reports and analysis to drive focused and disciplined execution.
- Lead the deployment model & ensure ongoing interlock between local & HO team.
- Ensure Master Data Management.
- Enhancing capability of using the Sales IT infrastructure in the field through trainings and constant support.
Related Work Experience :
- Experience in sales will be an advantage.
- Data Analysis, Leading and implementation of sales systems, Advanced Excel.
