ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ANALYTICS :
- Analyze sales performance and report on comparisons between monthly and yearly periods, by customer, by region, by product and so on.
- Analyze sales performance against forecasts, and plot trendlines for various metrics
- Provide concise reports of analyses to aid in decision making by sales team and executives
TOOLS & SOFTWARE :
- Microsoft Excel & Office Suite - Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required. Fluency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other Office programs is required.
- Microsoft PowerBI - Experience in PowerBI is a plus. In general, visualizing and analyzing data is an important requirement

ADMINISTRATIVE :
- Assists Sales persons through each internal step of the sales process.
- Maintaining and updating all internal databases of sales information
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
- Performing data duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
- Creating and processing sales invoices in a timely manner
