Position Title: Sales Account Manager

Work location: Bangalore

This opening with our client requires a passionate and motivated sales professional to own the following:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management activities.

- Drive for customer excitement and act as customer advocate to exceed customer expectations on deliverables and relationship management;

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

- Prepare reports on account status

- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

- Internal liaison to ensure delivery as per committed SLAs.

- Periodic interface with client for rapport building and review

- Good at people management and handling escalations.

Requirements-

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager or relevant role

- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in the one of the following; Technology sales, IT services sales or Staffing sales.

- Must be well versed with recruitment life cycle and should know how to get the work done from recruitment leads.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

- Recent experience in staff augmentation/temp staffing is a must.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
