Sales Manager / Account Manager
Looking at candidates with minimum 8+ years of experience.
Responsible for:
- Establish and execute a Business Sales Plan in the Captive segment / Target accounts which are identified as potential targets, including engagement strategy, including time lines and targets for sales bookings.
- Acquire new accounts which are potential Multi Million annuity business, work with Delivery team for the fulfillment and achieve the revenue target & profitability target
- Report to regional Captives Business Leader.
- Managing sales in the Domestic market.
Desired Candidate profile:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience.
- Experience in solution selling is mandatory.
- Excellent relationship building skills and personally credible.
- Team orientated with a collaborative approach to working.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with proficiency in relevant further language.
- Degree educated with a broad based business awareness.
- Self starter with high levels of personal motivation underpinned by team ethos.
- Organised and self disciplined happy working across the operational/strategic continuum.
