Roles and Responsibilities :
- This person will be responsible for sales in Bangalore and Chennai region for farming and hunting business in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare accounts (Approx INR 15-20 Crores).
- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives. Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships. Cultivate, generate large scale relationships for closing new accounts.
- Good understanding of the entire IT services value chain. Identifying prospective clients & build go-to market plan for the South region.
- Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships in existing accounts. In addition, also enhancing business & mining existing accounts to penetrate multiple service lines.
- Building credibility and gaining market share in the region.
Skills and Experience :
- Total of 8-12 years work experience of which at least 6 years should be in sales/account management
- Should have experience in IT services sales for clients in Indian markets. Only Inside Sales/ Product Sales experience will not be considered.
- Apps services sales preferred. However, open to candidate with experience of infra services sales.
- Experience in sales to Pharma/Healthcare clients is a good to have
- Ability to collaborate with internal sales teams across various LOBs to maximize business in the existing account
- Local candidates in Bangalore preferred
