Salasar - HR Executive

Salasar is nearing almost 2 decades in the field having grown significantly over the past few years. Our IPO in 2017 was a huge success with massive oversubscription, and we are now a team of 1000+ people. However, with great power comes great responsibility. We are cognizant that our policies and procedures are not always up to mark and that we are not always a great place to work. To rectify this, we are looking for a self-motivated, experienced HR professional to make Salasar the greatest place to work!

Job Responsibilities:

- Be instrumental in creating and driving a cohesive company culture

- Monitor monthly KPIs, identify Learning and Development needs, and subsequently organise relevant training events

- Develop and closely monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures

- Create, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Deliver a seamless people experience - recruitment, offer letters and contracts, on-boarding, off-boarding, and everything in between.

- Create and lead initiatives to build wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.

- Build and manage our Employer Brand

- Prepare relevant MIS reports for management and provide decision support

- Bridge management and employee relations

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA (HR) or M.Sc. Psychology from Tier I/II institutes
