Job Description:

Overview : We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with expertise in Planning & Monitoring for Hi-Rise Structures and Villas. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of project planning, coordination, and end-to-end implementation. Familiarity with construction, Project Management, and ERP Software will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive project plans, emphasizing meticulous scheduling and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

2. Monitoring and Reporting:

- Implement robust monitoring systems to track project progress, expenditures, and timelines.

- Generate regular reports for stakeholders, providing insights into key milestones, risks, and deviations.

3. Hi-Rise Buildings and Villas Expertise:

- Apply extensive knowledge of Hi-Rise buildings and Villas construction methodologies.

- Ensure project plans align with industry best practices and quality standards.

4. End-to-End Project Implementation:

- Oversee and ensure the seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion, maintaining strict adherence to plans and specifications.

- Proactively identify potential issues and implement timely resolutions.

5. Co-ordination and Collaboration:

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.

6. Knowledge of Construction/Project Management/ERP Software:

- Utilize expertise in construction processes and Project Management principles.

- Leverage knowledge of ERP Software for streamlined project planning and monitoring.

7. Quality Assurance:

- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee construction standards are met or exceeded.

- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.

8. Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks.

- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications and Skills:

- B. Tech. degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- 10 to 15 years of professional experience in project planning and monitoring, specializing in Hi-Rise buildings and Villas.

- Thorough understanding of construction processes and Project Management principles.

- Proficiency in ERP Software for project planning and monitoring.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
