Responsibilities :

1. Digital Strategy :

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Real Estate products online.

- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align digital efforts with overall marketing goals.

2. Ad Campaign Management :

- Execute and optimize online advertising campaigns, with a focus on platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital advertising efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.

3. Website Management :

- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring a user-friendly experience.

- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement updates and improvements.

4. Social Media Optimization (SMO) :

- Develop and execute SMO strategies to enhance the company's presence on social media platforms.

- Create engaging content and coordinate social media campaigns to drive brand awareness.

5. SEO Implementation :

- Implement effective SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.

- Stay informed about industry trends and search engine algorithms.

6. Analytics and Reporting :

- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

7. Budget Management :

- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum ROI.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with digital service providers.

Requirements :

- MBA in Marketing or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in the Real Estate industry.

- In-depth knowledge of online advertising platforms, including Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.

- Strong understanding of website management, SEO, and SMO.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
