Job Description:

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager with 5 to 7 years of proven expertise in independently managing facilities in large townships, apartment blocks, hotels, and hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supply of basic needs such as water, power, security, area upkeep, managing club facilities, recreational spaces, food and beverages, medical assistance, transport, external landscaping, and electro-mechanical equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Management:

- Independently manage and oversee all facilities in large townships, apartment blocks, hotels, and hospitals.

- Ensure the efficient and effective functioning of essential services including water supply, power, and security.

2. Area Upkeep:

- Supervise and maintain the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of common areas and public spaces.

- Implement and oversee waste management processes.

3. Club and Recreational Facilities:

- Manage club facilities, recreational areas, and other amenities for residents or guests.

- Organize and oversee events and activities within the community.

4. Food & Beverages:

- Coordinate food and beverage services within the facilities.

- Collaborate with vendors and catering services to ensure quality offerings.

5. Medical Assistance:

- Facilitate access to medical assistance and services for residents or guests.

- Liaise with healthcare providers and manage first-aid facilities.

6. Transportation:

- Oversee transportation services within the facility, if applicable.

- Manage the scheduling and maintenance of transport vehicles.

7. External Landscaping:

- Ensure the external landscaping of the property is well-maintained.

- Collaborate with landscaping contractors to enhance the visual appeal.

8. Electro-Mechanical Equipment Maintenance:

- Supervise the maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment within the facilities.

- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in large townships, apartment blocks, hotels, or hospitals.

- Proven ability to independently manage diverse facilities and services.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
