Category Marketing Manager (Staples, General Merchandise, FMCG & Long Tail )
Please note: This particular role is with one of our portfolio startup based out in Gurgaon.

- We are looking for Category Marketing Managers for Staples, General Merchandise & Long Tail products and FMCG categories.
What problems will you be working on:- Responsible for GMV, customer orders & CM growth on a day to day, weekly & monthly basis.
- Conceptualize marketing campaigns across multiple categories involving various Marketing channels.
- Communication & Competitive Research for tracking early trends and future campaigns to help categories achieve the next level of growth.
- Closely work with multiple Category Heads on Campaign Ideation
- Analyse the results of past campaigns and use the insights to plan more effective campaigns at the customer level
- Act as an interface between all Channels Owners (Facebook ads, Tiktok ads, BTL activation, Display ads, Mobile app, Alliances etc.) and Category Heads w.r.t. customer experience & growth
- Own & Create Customer Communication
- Partner cross functionally with creative, content, channels and category teams to develop &execute business objectives.
- Develop accurate project priorities, schedules and execution plan of marketing campaigns
- Work with Channel Marketing team to drive Traffic on best converting SKUs/Promotions/Categories
Desired skill sets:- Seasoned Category Marketing Professional
- 2+ years of experience of working in high growth startups. Need to be very hands-on. Ability to execute and deliver
- Strong in analytics, data driven experimentation and problem solving
- Understanding consumer behavior and their needs.
