Duties and Responsibilities:

- Good recruiting experience/ candidate sourcing in US Staffing.

- Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for our DIRECT clients requirement on daily basis.

- Responsible for detail evaluation of candidates, sourcing, recruiting, screening, reviewing consultants resume/Skills, qualifying, assessing, negotiating rates & forward potential consultants resume along with all required details to the Resource Manager in a timely manner.

- Recruiter must be able to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

- Provide daily feedback and coordinating with Resource Manager.

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.

Education : Graduate or Postgraduate in Any Discipline

Requirements :

- Minimum 2-8 years of US IT Recruiting experience.

- Ability to understand requirements is necessary.

- Must have working exp with US Citizens, Green Card holders and EADs.

- Previous working experience on any software likeCBiz, Conrep will be a big plus.

- Must have solid rate negotiation skills.

- MSP/VMS experience is good to have

- Excellent command on English Language, strong written and oral communication skills.

- Must be results oriented, self-discipline & Strong work ethic with a drive for success.

- Positive, energetic, CAN DO attitude with a proven record of meeting and exceeding goals.

- High level of personal accountability
