Job Details:

- Responsible for all legal matters involved in a company.

- Drafting of International Dealer Agreements.

- Filing of Trade Mark Applications both at national and international level.

- Filing for Copyright Applications.

- Conduct I.P.R Protection Drive

- Drafting of various other legal documents.

- Drafting of NDA, Confidential Information, and Franchisee Agreements etc.

- Litigation related to Company affairs and I.P.R

- Advise regarding safeguard relating to trade secrets and precautions to be taken in IPR AND FDA

- Appostile Services.

- Company Establishment in Overseas
