- Work to define marketing strategy and marketing calendar for the year

- Provide leadership and guidance to marketing team to devised strategies and plans to activate, engage with prospects/customers.

- Lead all B2B Customer marketing strategy and programs - including Market segmentation of our customer base; 

- Devising a Customer engagement & marketing plan - which could include Email Communication calendar, Content Marketing, Events planning, Webinar, Award/ Reward programs for Customers

- Lead all B2C marketing strategy and programs - including building the brand, engagement and communication plan; social media strategy, management, and execution

- Manage Brand, PR, Communications - agencies
