Company Profile - Sagoon is a young social commerce startup that was founded in 2014 with a vision of creating the world where everyone makes money while socializing. In simple words, we plan to share our earnings with every single user by creating an innovative social path: CONNECT - SHARE - EARN. This concept is slowly fetching us the international recognition, which is clear from the fact that we have acquired half a million users in more than 150 countries.

- Since our inception in 2014, we have successfully launched four features (My day, Mood Talk, Secret Sharing, contact) with the help of our devoted team in India, US and Nepal. Another achievement worth mentioning is Sagoon became one of the first few startups in 2017 to get qualified from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission to raise funds from the public. We recently closed our first funding round and raised more than $3 million from over 3400 investors. Sagoon's current valuation is $ 93 million & its predicted to reach more than $ 1 billion by year 2018.

Job Role -

- Manage day to day business operations.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of ops and business MIS to the stakeholders.

- Designing and executing processes to improve efficiencies

- Strategize and develop talents within department through Succession Planning.

- Deliver the service level components SLA, quality and productivity targets & indicators.

- Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance

- Participate in formulating workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.

- Identify and eliminate root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality

- Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the leadership team.

- Take ownership of delivery as well as decisions on SOPs within defined framework.
