Position: Manager - Digital Marketing

- In order to achieve this mission, we are aggressively looking for a - Digital Marketing Manager/Growth Hacker- who possesses entrepreneurial mind-set and can help build Sagoon's brand across multiple online platforms and create massive users- growth globally.

Job Role :

Strategic Planning :

- Help to build and activate the digital marketing strategy for South Asia and US region by working closely with the digital & users acquisition lead, product and engineering team,and operations team, to align on business goals.

Campaign Management

- Lead Digital team; plan, run and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities.

Digital Influencer Management :

Closely work together with social media influencers, improve relations, and involve the with Sagoons social media activations and communications.

Data Analytics :

- Use & demonstrate leadership in data and analytics to drive better ROI measures.

- Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, and models to support marketing decision- making, leverage datasets to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities.

Content Creation & Management :

Create content planned in accordance to general social media strategy and ensure the content is engaging, relevant and authentic. Ensure that Sagoons social media channels have the most engaging and up to date content that represents whats happening on the brand and its offerings, and direct users to consume content on the various channels.

Marketing Automation :

Look for opportunities to automate processes and build scalable infrastructure to support the organization-wide marketing activities. Report digital marketing results regularly and provide recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

This is a full-time position based in our India office, reporting directly to CEO in the US and Executive Director in India.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing; experience in working with a tech start-up is highly preferred

- Preferably with a focus on Social media and eCommerce technology

- Regional and Global experience preferred

- Proven expertise in working with digital & data tools, platforms and vendors / partners across the industry

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams while maintaining strict attention to detail

- Entrepreneurial mind-set, positive thinking, risk taking ability, good judgement skills are highly desired
