ODPM Goals, Objectives, Role & Responsibility
As a Strategic Thinker:
- Develops, supports, and drives strategic objectives of the ODPM management on behalf of multiple business units and in alignment with enterprise goals.
- Forms effective partnerships with various work groups, business unit leadership, and corporate support functions to understand and address location -specific ODPM requirements.
- Ensures development and execution location and site-level long-term ODPM goals and objectives.
- Develops, communicates, and continuously assesses position requirements for direct reports; coaches' colleagues to improve individual and team performance against established metrics.
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs (Behavioral and Leadership) for target audience
- Drive leadership and talent development in Shared Services across organization through effective governance and resource management
- Works effectively within a team-based environment and maintains good internal and external client relationships.
As a Partner with Clients/Stakeholders:

- Prepare, implement, track, and do gap analysis & CAPA of all training related metrics including budgets
- Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events to ensure that operations are managed effectively within authorized budgets

- Help improve and build the OD culture and vision in all processes within the Business and deploy strategic people development plans
- Serve as an effective business partner, supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of Learning Solutions
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs (Behavioral and Leadership) for target audience
- Design learning strategies to fill needs as identified through analysis and in partnership with Operations and the Process Leadership Team through training, coaching and OD projects
- Ensure regular and effective stakeholder interactions

- Provide direction in finding creative solutions for the training and development of people, through a variety of different learning methods including coaching
- Ensure development of the second level of leadership
- Help team members to set SMART Goals/KPIs, provide weekly performance feedback, mentor & coach team members for enhanced performance, support them with needed developmental inputs
- Coach/mentor and upskill the team to ensure that they can provide excellent training and OD interventions
- Contribute and drive key organizational initiatives.
As a Partner in Driving Results:
- Develop/Deploy evaluation and validation instruments to collate and interpret data, assessing operation training needs and training program effectiveness
- Implement Performance management tools and techniques
- Identify skill and knowledge requirements for Processes through TNIs
- Actively pursue self-improvement opportunities through on the job processes
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews in the process sessions at all levels.

- Deep knowledge of Adult Learning principles, techniques to engage participants in the virtual and F2F environment, coaching and project management
- Good understanding of business & its functionalities in general and service industry
- In-depth Knowledge of Leadership Development & Behavioral Concepts
- Deep Instructional design knowledge to design and develop content using Articulate and other content development tools
- Excellent analytical skill and knowledge of related tools will be preferred
- Knowledge of LMS, learning tools and virtual collaboration tools essential

- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Independently interact with leaders across functions to design and deliver solution
- 6 to 8 years proven success as an internal/external trainer in behavioral/managerial training and development practitioner with experience in coaching, mentoring, and delivering talent development projects to fulfil business needs.
- Understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners.
- Need to have a proven track record of handling teams.
- Experience in benchmarking HRD best practices
- Deep understanding of the Healthcare BPM specially Provider Business will be preferred
