We're looking for an intellectually smart M&A Finance Associate / Analyst who can work in fast-paced delivery environment to help grow our inorganic business and streamline operations. You will be part of a Integration and Strategy Team that works closely with the CEO/COO. You will: - Work on complex and impactful new business process. - Work closely with Renegade's leadership team and contribute to growth - Collaborate and work with cross functional teams including finance, marketing, servicing, and deal team. - Contribute to strategic initiatives and be a key factor in running inorganic business. - Continuously drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate, and optimize systems and tools, processes, and ideas to best meet evolving business and market needs - Spearhead new processes and run them day-to-day with the team involved - Responsible for analyzing and creating insights through the operations funnel, to inform business decision making What You'll Need: - Strong business acumen with leadership qualities - Knowledge of excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to decipher data trends and form conclusions - Good understanding of P&L and ability to build forecasts - Exposure to product platforms or basic understanding of technology would be preferred - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - We have no dearth of Hard Business Problems, come work with us in a high-growth startup culture, where your growth is defined by your performance.
